Kate Morris Recognized as a "2022 Texas Super Lawyer”

Hosch & Morris, PLLC’s Co-Founder and Member Kate Morris has been selected as a “2022 Texas Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers. This is Kate’s second year being recognized as a “Texas Super Lawyer” for Technology Transactions.

Kate specializes in U.S. and E.U. data privacy and cybersecurity issues, and helps to structure, negotiate, draft, and close a wide variety of commercial transactions involving IT services, the Internet, and intellectual property. She regularly advises clients on complex privacy-by-design, data use, and data commercialization issues as well as on new technology-based products and services. Kate is recognized as a Privacy Law Specialist (PLS), and otherwise triple certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Certified Information Privacy Professional —United States (CIPP/US) and Europe (CIPP/E), and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM).

Texas Super Lawyers is based on nominations from other attorneys in the same practice area, followed by a thorough editorial review conducted by Super Lawyers, a division of Thomson Reuters.
