Before earning his Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law, Russ built a 25-year career at the highest levels of the technology industry — serving as Chief Technology Officer for Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Senior Vice President and CTO at Merkle, and executive leadership roles at Capgemini, Hitachi Consulting, Deloitte, and Headstorm, among others. He also pursued a master's degree in artificial intelligence, giving him technical fluency that few attorneys anywhere in the country can match.
After decades advising Fortune 500 companies on their most complex technology challenges, Russ made the rare and deliberate choice to add the law to his arsenal — joining Hosch & Morris as Of Counsel and Chief Technology Officer.
